Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Staffordshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Staffordshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by the Staffordshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order, and the Staffordshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 , are revoked.
