Section 1
The Science and Technology Facilities Council, whose objects are specified in the Schedule to this Order, is established as a Research Council for the purposes of the Science and Technology Act 1965.

This Order may be cited as the Science and Technology Facilities Council Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
