Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 28th September 2007.

Section 2

The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007 is amended in accordance with the following articles.

Section 3

In column 1 in fee 8.2 in Schedule 1 in the Schedule omit the words “(excluding VAT and disbursements)”.

Section 4

For paragraph 2(1)(b) in Schedule 1A in the Schedule substitute—

(b) is in receipt of legal advice and assistance under Part II or Part III of the Legal Aid Act 1988 in connection with the matter to which the proceedings relate; or
