Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 28th September 2007.

Section 2

(1) Schedule 1 in the Schedule to the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 2007 , is amended as follows.

(2) In column 2—

(a) in fee 1.1(c), for “£60” substitute “£65”;

(b) in fee 1.1(d), for “£70” substitute “£75”;

(c) in fee 1.1(e), for “£80” substitute “£85”;

(d) in fee 1.3(c), for “£65” substitute “£60”;

(e) in fee 1.3(d), for “£75” substitute “£70”;

(f) in fee 1.3(e), for “£85” substitute “£80”.

(3) In column 1—

(a) in fee 5.2, omit the words “(excluding VAT and disbursements)”; and

(b) in fee 10, omit the heading “foreign process”.

(4) Omit fee 10.6.
