Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Liberia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 9 th February 2007.

(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Liberia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2004 .

Section 2 Amendment of the Order

The Order, as previously amended by the Liberia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2004 is hereby amended:—

(1) Article 7 of the Order shall be deleted.

(2) In Article 17(1) of the Order the words “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 7(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C” shall be replaced by “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C”.

(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order the words “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 7(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C” shall be replaced by “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C”.
