Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This order may be cited as the Castle Hill Primary School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2007 and comes into force on 29th October 2007.

Section 2Exemption from the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 are not to apply to the governing body of the School.

Section 3Time period

This Order has effect up to and including 30th November 2007.
