Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st November 2007.

The Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
Section 2
They amend the Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001 as described in Schedule 1.
Section 3
They revoke other, spent Regulations as described in Schedule 2.
Section 4
On 1st January 2008 they cease having effect, but subject to notes (a) to (e) to Schedule 1.
