Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st October 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999

(1) The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3(1)(b) and (c), for each reference to “section 14”, substitute “section 14(1)(b)”.
