Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Toot Hill School (School Day and School Year Regulations) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st December 2007.

Section 2Relaxation of the Education (School Day and School Year) (England) Regulations 1999

In respect of the application of regulation 3(2) of the Education (School Day and School Year) (England) Regulations 1999 , to the governing body of the School, in relation to the school years 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010, for the number “380” substitute “378”.

Section 3Time period

This Order has effect up to and including 31st August 2010.
