Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (Consequential Provisions) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 30 th November 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the London Local Authorities Act 1995

In the definition of “special event” in section 9(8) of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 for “the participating council concerned” substitute “the relevant authority concerned”.
