Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts Warrants (Specification of Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 3 December 2007.

Section 2 Amendment to the Magistrates’ Courts Warrants (Specification of Provisions) Order 2000

In article 2 of the Magistrates’ Courts Warrants (Specification of Provisions) Order 2000 , after paragraph (e) insert—

(ee) in the Criminal Justice Act 2003 —

(i) paragraph 7 of Schedule 8;

(ii) paragraph 8 of Schedule 8;
