The A1(M) Motorway (Junction 58, Junction 60, Junction 61, and Junction 62 Circulatory Carriageways) (Trunking) Order 2007

Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the A1(M) Motorway (Junction 58, Junction 60, Junction 61 and Junction 62 Circulatory Carriageways) (Trunking) Order 2007 and shall come into force 17th December 2007.

(2) In this Order, all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.

Section 2

The lengths of highways described in the Schedule shall become trunk roads from the date when this Order comes into force.

Section 3

The centre line of each of the new trunk roads is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA 10/ TD /24 marked “The A1(M) Motorway (Junction 58, Junction 60, Junction 61 and Junction 62 Circulatory Carriageways) (Trunking) Order 2007”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the DfT Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA.
