Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Community Drivers’ Hours and Working Time (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 5th November 2007.

Section 2 Amendment of the Community Drivers’ Hours and Working Time (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) Regulations 2007

(1) The Community Drivers’ Hours and Working Time (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1(1), for “5th November 2007” substitute “19th November 2007.”

(3) In regulation 2(1):

(a) in the definition of “the circumstances”, after the phrase “the exceptional circumstances” add “in Scotland”; and

(b) in the definition of “the specified purpose”, after the phrase “pigs, cattle and sheep” add “from any place in Scotland”.
