Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the District of Newark and Sherwood (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2007.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the 2007 Order

(1) The District of Newark and Sherwood (Electoral Changes) Order 2007 shall be amended as follows:

(2) In article 2 the words “Revised (2007) Map referred to in the District of Newark and Sherwood (Electoral Changes) Order 2007” shall be substituted for the words “Map referred to in the District of Newark and Sherwood (Electoral Changes) Order 2007”.
