Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Regions) (New Forest National Park) (England) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 18th December 2007.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Treatment of area within New Forest National Park

The Secretary of State directs that the area of the New Forest National Park (which falls within the South East region and the South West region) is treated as falling wholly within the South East region.
