Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No.3) Order 2007.

Section 2Interpretation

In this Order “the 2006 Act ” means the Consumer Credit Act 2006.

Section 3Commencement

(1) The provisions of the 2006 Act specified in Schedule 1 shall come into force on 1st December 2007.
(2) The provisions of the 2006 Act specified in Schedule 2 shall come into force on 6th April 2008.
(3) The provisions of the 2006 Act specified in Schedule 3 shall come into force on 1st October 2008.
