Section 1 Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2007.

(2) The Order extends to Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Commencement on 3rd December 2007

The following provisions of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 3rd December 2007—

(a) section 120;

(b) section 120ZA;

(c) section 120A;

(d) section 120AA;

(e) section 120AB;

(f) section 122;

(g) section 122A;

(h) section 123;

(i) section 124;

(j) section 124A;

(k) section 125;

(l) section 126; and

(m) section 127.
