Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 shall come into force on 1st December 2007—

(a) sections 1 to 7;

(b) sections 10 and 11;

(c) section 24;

(d) section 26;

(e) section 28;

(f) sections 39 and 40;

(g) sections 47 to 54;

(h) sections 65 to 67; and

(i) sections 69 to 72.
