Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 31st December 2007.

Section 2 Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (England) Regulations 1992

The Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (England) Regulations 1992 are amended as follows in relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2008.
