Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 2007 and comes into force on 1st April 2008.

Section 2 Approval

The Regulations set out in the Schedule are approved.

Section 3 Revocation

The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 2006 is revoked.

Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.

Section 2 Amendments to the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) Regulations 2005

The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

In regulation 13(2)(a) and (3)(a), for “regulation 4”, substitute “paragraph 4”.

For the title to Part IX (fees payable by veterinary surgeons and veterinary practitioners) substitute “Fees Payable by Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners for Retention and Registration”.
