Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hire Vehicles (London)(Transitional Provisions)(Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 31st December 2007.

Section 2Amendments to regulation 6

(1) Regulation 6 of the Private Hire Vehicles (London)(Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2004 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(d), for “paragraph (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”.
(3) Paragraph (1)(e) shall be deleted.
(4) In paragraph (4), for “1988” substitute “1998”.
