(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st February 2008.

Section 2Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958
(1) Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert—
Technology Strategy Board.
