This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 18(1) to (3) of the Pensions Act 2007 (financial assistance scheme: increased levels of payment), is 14th December 2007.
