Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Code of Practice (Appointed Day) Order 2007.

Section 2Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the code of practice entitled the Regulators’ Compliance Code issued by the Minister for the Cabinet Office on 17th December 2007 is 6th April 2008.
