This Order may be cited as the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 8) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 14th January 2008.

Section 2Specification of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as an approved local authority
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is specified as an approved local authority for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions) .
Section 3Amendment to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005
(1) The Schedule to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005 shall be amended as set out in paragraph (2).
(2) After the row in the table relating to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, insert the following row—
