Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A46 Trunk Road (A46/M40 Junction 15 (Longbridge) Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 2007. and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.

Section 2
In this Order—
(i) “the new trunk roads” means the new highways which the Secretary of State proposes to construct referred to in article 2(2)(ii) of the A46 Trunk Road (A46/M40 Junction 15 (Longbridge) Bypass) Order 2007 ; and
(ii) “the trunk road” means the Stratford to Warwick Trunk Road (A46).
Section 3
The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Warwickshire County Council that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.
