Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 8th March 2007.

Section 2 Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2004

The Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows—

(a) in Column 2 of Part 4 of the Schedule insert at the end “1785–1805 MHz ”; and

(b) in Part 5 of the Schedule insert at the end—

64–66 GHz

71.125–75.875 GHz

81.125–85.875 GHz
