Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1 st April 2007.

Section 2Designation

The Health and Safety Executive (being a person nominated by the Health and Safety Commission under section 1(2) of the Activity Centres (Young Persons’ Safety) Act 1995) is designated for the purposes of section 1(1) of that Act.

Section 3Revocation

The Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 1996 is revoked.
