Section 1Title and commencement

This Scheme may be cited as the Milk (Cessation of Production) (Revocation) Scheme 2007 and comes into force on 6th April 2007.

Section 2Revocations

(1) The following Schemes are revoked in relation to England only—
(a) the Milk (Partial Cessation of Production) (England and Wales) Scheme 1986 ; and
(b) the Milk (Cessation of Production) (England and Wales) Scheme 1987 .
(2) The following Schemes are revoked—
(a) the Milk (Partial Cessation of Production) (Scotland) Scheme 1986 ; and
(b) the Milk (Cessation of Production) (Scotland) Scheme 1987 .
