Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.

Section 2Increases in fees

(1) The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below, for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
