Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Healthy Start Scheme and Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 6th April 2007.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Healthy Start Scheme and Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2005 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In the following provisions of the principal Regulations, for the sum of “£14,155” substitute “£14,495”—

(a) regulation 3(3)(a)(iii), (d)(iii) and (e) (entitlement to benefit); and

(b) paragraph 4(1)(a)(iii) of Schedule 2 (application for benefit).
