Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as The School Admissions Code (Appointed Day) (England) Order 2007.

Section 2Citation, commencement and application

This Order applies only in relation to England.

Section 3Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the School Admissions Code (a copy of a draft of which was laid before each House of Parliament on 8th January 2007) is 28th February 2007.
