Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards (England) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.

Section 2 Amendment of the Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards (England) Order 2005

The Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards (England) Order 2005 is amended as follows.

Section 3 Performance standards for waste authorities and specific waste authorities

(1) In articles 11 and 12, for “1st April 2005” substitute “1st April 2007”.

(2) For Schedules 9 and 10 substitute the provisions in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 4 Performance standards for major planning applications

For article 16(4) substitute—
