Section 1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007.

Section 2Commencement

The provisions of the Civil Aviation Act 2006 specified in Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st March 2007.
