Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st April 2007—

(a) section 14 (surcharge payable on conviction);

(b) section 58(1) (minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to the provisions referred to in paragraph (c);

(c) paragraphs 9 to 11, 30 , 49 to 53 and 63 of Schedule 10;

(d) section 59 (transitional provisions) in so far as it relates to the provision referred in paragraph (e); and

(e) paragraph 7 of Schedule 12.
