Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.

Section 3Amendment of the principal Regulations
(1) The Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulations 12(1)(a) and 12(2)(a) for “£11” substitute “£12”.
(3) In regulations 12(1)(b) and 12(2)(b) for “£51” substitute “£54”.
