Section 1

This Order may be cited as the British Citizenship (Designated Service) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.

Section 2

Schedule 2 to the British Citizenship (Designated Service) Order 2006 (which specifies descriptions of service designated for the purposes of section 2 of the British Nationality Act 1981) is amended by substituting the following paragraph for paragraphs 12 and 13—

(12) Service under the Science and Technology Facilities Council.
