This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limit) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 11th April 2007.

Section 1Citation and commencement
Section 2Increase in earnings limits in respect of dependent children and qualifying young persons
In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in paragraph (a), for the amount “£175” substitute the amount “£180”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for the amount “£23” substitute the amount “£24” and for the amount “£175” substitute the amount “£180”.
