Section 1 Citation, commencement and transitional provisions

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No.2) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 2nd April 2007.

(2) An application for advice and assistance which is made before 2nd April 2007 is to be dealt with as if these Regulations had not been made.

Section 2 Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No.2) Regulations 2001

In regulation 5 of the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No.2) Regulations 2001 —

(a) in paragraph (3), for “£194” substitute “£201”;

(b) in paragraph (5), for “£92” substitute “£95”.
