Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2007

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st April 2007—

(a) sections 73 to 77;

(b) Part 2 of Schedule 11;

(c) Schedule 12, so far as it has not already been commenced.

Section 3 Provision coming into force on 10th May 2007

Section 61 of the Act, so far as it has not already been commenced, comes into force on 10 th May 2007.
