Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 9th April 2007.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 3(3) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000
In regulation 3(3) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (“the 2000 Regulations ”) delete “; and any form so issued shall be the form shown in the Schedule to these Regulations or a form to the like effect”.
Section 3Kind and levels of support for essential living needs
For the table at regulation 10(2) of the 2000 Regulations substitute:

Section 4Revocation of the Schedule to the 2000 Regulations
The Schedule to the 2000 Regulations is revoked.
Section 5Revocation of the Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2006
The Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2006 are revoked.
