Section 1Title, extent and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Fish (England and Wales) Order 2007; it extends to England and Wales and comes into force on 6th April 2007.

Section 2Amendment of definition of “infected” in Diseases of Fish Act 1937
In the definition of “infected” in section 10(1) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 , after “infectious salmon anaemia ( ISA ),” insert “Koi Herpesvirus Disease,”.
