Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1 st June 2007.

Section 2

Miss Susan Lewis is hereby re-appointed Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru for a period of six months commencing on 1 st June 2007.

Section 3

The Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2002 is hereby revoked.
