Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Compensation Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2007.

Section 2 Definition—“ the Act ”

In this Order, “the Act” means the Compensation Act 2006.

Section 3 Provisions coming into force on 23rd April 2007

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 23rd April 2007—

(a) subsections (1) and (4) of section 4;

(b) section 7;

(c) subsections (1) to (7) of section 8;

(d) sections 10 and 11.
