Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2007.

(2) Regulations 2 and 3 shall not have effect in relation to an application for a registration certificate under regulation 8 of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004 made before 2nd April 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004

In regulation 8(4)(a) of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004, for “£70” substitute “£90”.

Section 3Revocation

The Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 are revoked.
