Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 7th May 2008.

(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Specification of functions

The functions exercisable by the Scottish Ministers under or by virtue of the enactments or Community instruments mentioned in each Part of the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.
