Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.

Section 2Commencement
The provisions of Part 6 of the Act, in so far as they apply in relation to Wales and in so far as they extend to Northern Ireland come into force on 22nd April 2008.
