Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Gloucestershire) (Forest of Dean District) Designation Order 2008 and shall come into force on 26th May 2008.

Section 2Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area
The Secretary of State designates the area described in the Schedule as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
Section 1
This Order applies to the Forest of Dean District except—
(a) the M48 for its entire length where it passes through the district; and
(b) the M50 for its entire length where it passes through the district including its on and off slip roads.
