This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Modification) Order 2008 and comes into force on 18th June 2008.

Section 2Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998
In section 87(6) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—
(t) the Welfare Reform Act 2007 and the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 ;
(u) the Pensions Act 2007 and the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
