Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations 2008.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st June 2008.

Section 2 Amendment of the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007

The Home Information Pack (No. 2) Regulations 2007 are amended by the substitution, for “1st June 2008”, of “1st January 2009” in the following provisions—

(a) regulation 10A(1) (leasehold information included during a temporary period) ;

(b) regulation 16(1)(a) (energy information unobtainable before or at the first point of marketing); and

(c) regulation 34(2)(a) (first day marketing during a temporary period).
